The WARM ME is heated in the microwave. Every microwave is different -we suggest heating for 2 minutes and if you’d like it warmer, add time in 30 second increments. IT’S VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU DO NOT OVERHEAT YOUR WARM ME. To use your WARM ME (COOL ME) cold, store it in the freezer and it’s always ready for use.

The WARM ME is filled with an all-natural triple cleaned corn that goes through a special process. Don’t worry, it won’t “pop” in the microwave!

No. But naturally, when heated, the WARM ME will smell like popcorn. We know everyone has different likes & dislikes when it comes to scent and we purposely do not add any fragrance. If you desire, add a few drops of your favorite essential oil to the outside of the WARM ME.

Approximately 30 minutes. Keep it close to your body and it will retain the heat for a longer period of time. Fall asleep with your WARM ME under the covers -WARM ME’s have been known to still give off heat in the morning.

The WARM ME can be heated over and over again. Your WARM ME should last for a long, long time.
