Heating Instructions:

The Warm Me can be easily heated in the microwave. Due to variations in microwave power, we recommend starting with 1 minute. If you prefer a warmer experience, add 30-second increments until the desired temperature is reached. Important: Do not overheat your Warm Me.

Cooling Instructions:

For a cooling effect, store your Warm Me in the freezer. It will be ready for use whenever you need it.

The Warm Me is filled with specially processed, all-natural, triple-cleaned corn. Rest assured, it won't "pop" in the microwave!

No, the Warm Me is unscented. However, when heated, it naturally emits a light popcorn aroma. Since everyone has different scent preferences, we purposely do not add any fragrance. If you prefer a specific scent, feel free to add a few drops of your favorite essential oil to the outside of the Warm Me.

The Warm Me will stay warm for approximately 30 minutes. Keeping it close to your body can help it retain heat for a longer period of time. Many users have found that if they fall asleep with the Warm Me under the covers, it will still be warm in the morning.

The WARM ME can be reheated repeatedly. Your WARM ME should last for a very long time.

We recommend using baby wipes for spot cleaning.

Yes! It's great to have a chilled one available, but you can alternate between hot and cold with the same Warm Me pillow. We always say, having two is even better than having just one!
